The associates at Aquia Counseling and Therapy bill on a fee-for-service basis. Please see the prices below for our standard therapy rates. Your rate may be different depending on your insurance plan or the type of service requested.
Payment is due at time of service unless a prior billing arrangement is made with your therapist. Each therapist is a solo practitioner, therefore, all checks must be written to your therapist or to his/her business entity.
We accept consignment for most insurance plans; however, your co-pay must be paid at the time of service. If your therapist does not participate with you health plan, the therapist may agree to arrange a payment plan with you.
Several churches in the community have contracted with some of the therapists. If your church participates, you may be eligible for a church contracted rate.
Aquia Counseling and Therapy does not receive funding from government agencies and does not provide pro-bono sesrvices. We will try to work with you to arrange an affordable payment plan.
Evaluations for court are not included with insurance payments. The fees are negotiated with the therapist based upon the court requirements.
